BINGO! Children’s Song that Teaches Kids the Alphabet!
BINGO!
Beyond letter recognition and spelling practice, “BINGO” can be used to teach other concepts like phonetics, rhythm, and counting (e.g., “There was a farmer who had a dog, and Bingo was his name-o. B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O, B-I-N-G-O, and Bingo was his name-o!”).
Letter and word recognition: “BINGO” helps children learn and recognize the letters of the alphabet. Singing the song and focusing on each letter reinforces their familiarity with the alphabet, which is a fundamental aspect of early education.
OUR STORY – More than 30 years ago, long-time educator Beth Costanzo, M Ed., began a childcare center near Boston, Massachusetts.
